Trademark guidelines are provided to the public by the Heartistic Families LLC DBA Nourish: Birth + Postpartum, who owns and oversees the trademarks for Nourish: Birth + Postpartum and Nourish Meal Delivery, names, logos, and related icons.

The goal of these trademark guidelines is to prevent Nourish: Birth + Postpartum from being used to trick or confuse anyone looking for official Nourish: Birth + Postpartum resources, and to clarify how legitimate Nourish: Birth + Postpartum-related businesses and projects can legally useNourish: Birth + Postpartum.

We want to encourage legitimateNourish: Birth + Postpartum-related products and services, but we reserve the right to take legal action against anyone who uses anyNourish: Birth + Postpartum entities or marks improperly and/or without authorization, which is a misdemeanor and a felony.

N/A	In a domain name, use the marks“Nourish Birth” or “Nourish Meal” or “Nourish Birth Meal” or “Nourish Postpartum Meal” in any way, or use “Nourish” as a reference to Nourish: Birth + Postpartum or in a way that suggests an affiliation toNourish: Birth + Postpartum.
