Every day includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, broth, tonic, snacks, and recovery support.

Your postpartum plan comes with 2 weeks of organic, gluten, casein, soy, and lactose-free items. In postpartum, it’s essential to eat high protein items every 3-4 hours to avoid nutrient depletion and glucose drops, and to encourage faster healing and recovery. Our postpartum recovery system is designed to do this while also sparking your metabolism to help you digest, eliminate excess waste, and drain your lymphatic system.
